i've heard of Darcelle's a few times but never had a chance to go.... My friends went and told me they've seen hot models from "Playgirl" Magazine name Falcon & Christian.. I saw a picture of them and i'm wondering do they look good in person as they do in their pictures? and do they still work there? i'm curious to see for myself...

Darcelle, your show is great. I used to catch a Saturday late show every payday in my younger years. I just took my sister in for her 21st b-day, and I was sad to see that John was gone. Don't get me wrong the Reba number was great but it was just not the same.You may want to request some new recruits from the Men of Paradise too. They were hot...but gyrating IS NOT dancing. You had a dancer there a few years back (Tricky)who was a great dancer and a nice guy. He and some of your beautiful girls used to come upstairs after a show and sit and talk with me as I was waiting for a taxi at the end of the night. I'm sure he is retired now, but he could teach those boys a thing or two. You Rock and I love ya, sweety,but those boys need some fine tuning. PS You are one hot chick, sister.

The show was overpriced, the seating cramped (I was forced to sit in aisle with people bumping me every few minutes, the drinks were watered down, my friend said the food was awful, and the jokes weren't even funny.

Want to waste your evening and money...go visit here!

The first time i went, i felt uncomfortable watching the female impersonators, mostly because it was my first time. then the male strippers came out and it was worth the wait!! Especially Falcon-the fireman!! Christian is also hot but I didn't like his long hair. The second time I went to Darcelle's I really enjoyed the female impersonators, they were a riot. The male strippers were great again and Christian looked even better with his new short hair cut! The only think I suggest is more of the stage dancing by the male strippers and maybe a few group dances like they do in Vegas. Great Times!!

I honestly have seen some talent int eh art form of "stripping " in all my years, I to have end=gaged in the art form asa matter of fianancial support and found a new kind of appreciation for the male stripper at darcelles late show, In a word "cowboy" I was in awe of his raw sexual essence and fascinated by his phsique and ability and I was in total surrender of his eyes and domination of my fantasy, he not only stole the show he stole my inhibition he is a great pressence and a joy to watch and if you are lucky, to touch! the queens were fun as well and I enjoyed the evening very much

I have been at Darcelle's twice now. The first time I went just to see what all the hype was about. The second time I went just to see "Falcon" perform. He is the best guy you have. I have not seen a hotter guy EVER! He needs he's own website :o)Anyhoo, he's gorgeous!

Cheap beer, and only a $10 entry fee! I received at least 4 hours of entertainment from extrememly talented female impersonators, and male strippers were included to my surprise, Holla! "Poisoned Waters" was one of the most friendly performers I have met, she was so considerate, funny and extremely talented! I also saw a show stopping performance of "Proud Mary!" And, of course Darcelle herself peforms one of the funniest stand up routines, full of classic jokes and audience interaction. I attended the show w/ three of my closet friends, who just so happen to be gay men and they took over 120 photos....mostly of the strippers. What a blast! This show has been a Portland favorite for over thirty years and for obviously all of the right reasons. I give this club my highest recommendation.

We went last night for the late show, very fun! My husband even liked it. I miss some of the old characters that used to be there. Liza Minelli, Cher,etc. But we might go back.

My Aunt and cousin came here from Wisconsin to visit and on their first night we went to Darcelle's and had a blast. They are very nice and so much fun. I think that the $10.00 is worth every penny. I plan on going back real soon.

I first went to Darcelle's in 1986 for my birthday and had an awesome evening! Went with the girls and we laughed and admired the talent all night. I was just in Portland this weekend and the line to get in went all the way down the block! I'm so glad to see Darcelle's is still in business and still bringing in the crowds. The entertainment there has withstood the test of time!

hey i went to darcelles on the 15 of july and let me tell you it was AWSOME!! never have i been surrounded by so many beautiful woman...the audience was beautiful as well :), and never before have i had so much fun in a club like this. I had a very enjoyable evening at Darcelle's. I am CD and was treated with nothing less than total respect. The show was super and the girls were beautiful. Everyone there, and it was a very mixed crowd, had a very enjoyable evening. I will be going again.

But I cannot afford the prices for the shows at Darcelle's Is it some sort of tourist trap? Come on girls I fix TVs for a living but you TVs are a bit over priced.
