If you can't succeed, try, try again. Former Bima location, seemingly accursed ever since, reincarnated once more as polished steel and black leather powerbooth bedecked bistro and lounge. Careless, heavy-lidded, slow as a poke service does little to lighten the palpably malevolent atmosphere. Gasoline and a match would brighten things up at Fuel, considerably.
