BarFly's Review of Gotham Tavern
A hipster hive of honey-toned wood and buttery leather banquettes (including two private "cocoon" booths, available by reservation), the bar's a delicious eyeful, with excellent food and top-notch service, to boot. Despite its high style, it's an a low ego environment, with a genuinely friendly bar, and plates and drinks at moderate prices. Rotating set of eclectic house and guest deejays play at conversation level, but a de facto dancefloor erupts at regular intervals.

Happy Hours
I had heard that the Gotham was open again (still?) and went in with a friend last friday for a late snack and drinks. When we arrived the bartender was busy but still was super fast serving us. He asked some people at the bar to move down so we sit together and even though it was too late for the full menu he talked the cook into hooking us up. Nice people, good. Not much more you can ask for. I'll be there again.

I had the best time last weekend at Gotham. They're changing the name to the North End, I guess. But the music was great, the employees were friendly. I will definitely go back.
