Sad Happy Hour

I want to let everyone know that McCormick's changed their happy hour and it is absolutley awful now. I used to go there a lot for happy hour and while it was busy it was worth the wait to stake out a table. Then I went there a couple weeks ago and things were much different. First thing I noticed was that the bar had an unusual amonut of open seats. I found out why there was so many open tables. The menu has been totally changed, things were taken out and the items that are still there are now in much smaller portions. The food is very low quality. Please don't waste your time or money. I took a friend from out of town there promising the best happy hour and needless to say did not keep my promise.

Happy Hour

Cheap drinks and good food! Corperate but still tasty, the drinks really come down to the bartender and the one working while I was there kept me well hydrated with plenty of Hefeweizen. ;) I have never had a problem finding seating, but maybe i'm one of those people who just sits down instead of standing around with a glazed look in my eyes waiting for someone to seat me. It's a bar people! Seat yourself!

Old School Joint

They make proper drinks and I have always thought they were appropriately strong. The food is top notch and very inexpensive for what you get. It can be very busy at Happy Hour, people know it is a great deal. There is a heavy blue-hair contingent during dinner hours, due in part to a solid menu of classic food. Yeah, I like the place!

McCormick's

We don't go there anymore because they let anyone sit down, instead of the ones who have waiting. The drinks are weak, and that is probably the best reason to discontinue going there. The happy hour food is good. Like I said, the seating is not good during that time.
