BarFly's Review of Over and Out

The Observatory, through a process of mitosis, has spawned a connecting spot called Over and Out, and it's a pleasant if sterile addition to its worthy older sister. More classed-up sports bar and game room than cocktail lounge, the walls are adorned with TVs and nothing else, and the timbre is more cacophonous than the friendly hum of its progenitor. Good place to adjourn to if you're tired of your Observatory tablemates' never-ending debate on bioswales and just want to play some pinball without technically leaving the premises.
