BarFly's Review of Pappy's Bar & Grill

On any given day, the carnival of usual SE 82nd suspects crowds around the lunch diner height sized island bar to yarn about fishing, motorcycles, video poker winnings, and their bitchy parole officer. If vices peripheral to boozing the afternoon away are not evident, a cursory glance at the myriad of signs proclaiming a zero tolerance policy towards specific incidents of unsavory behavior should clear things right up. For example, the bathroom doors read "No more than one person at a time. The maximum time limit for bathroom use is 3 minutes". While subject to interpretation, it seems to be a not so subtle suggestion that you should not be spending times cutting up lines and your buddy should bring his OWN damn supply.
