Sports bar without the trappings, kid friendly without too many kids, and heavily themed but without vomit inducing overkill (Spirit of 77is basically adorned with 70s era high school gymnasium trappings ). Mix that with comfort food served one notch above par and Sunday hangovers are decently tolerable, even if you could give a crap about the game.
Within it's cavernous interior you will find 4 TVs plus one huge 12ft projection, 4 custom made basketball games, 1 Foosball, 3 real dartboards, and inside bicycle parking.

Pretentious hipsters love this place. It's a scene, man! For the rest of us, who just want to watch sports in an inviting, comfortable setting? Not so good.
This place could be awesome; there is nothing near the Rose Quarter and no place to go after Blazer’s games. I think that a few improvements are needed. Areas of improvement: 1. Need a cocktail menu. They will make you whatever you want, but you don’t always know what you want and the prices are sometimes a surprise, not in a good way 2. Need a sign-up sheet for pop-a-shot and time limits. It’s super awesome that it’s free, but there are some pop-a-shot hogs and not everyone gets a turn. There should be a sing-up sheet and time limits, ½ hour or so. 3. Get a soda fountain. They add $1.00 for every mix drink with a soda. Oh, and they don’t give you the can, so are essentially charging you 3 times for the same can of pop. Not a good way to make friends. This is one of those bad cocktail price surprises, turning your $6 cocktail into a $7 cocktail for a splash of soda. Very lame.
