BarFly's Review of Springwater Grill

Attractive, semi-upscale bistro and bar features well-crafted cocktails, with fresh-squeezed everything, an extensive top-shelf selection, and creatively infused house concoctions (try "Devil's Blood") are a specialty. Very good happy hour menu ($2.50 plates 4:30-6pm & 9pm-close every night). $4 medium-upscale well at all times. Weekend prix-fixe brunch is a delicious, and a steal ($7.99; served until 3pm Sat/Sun).

Springwater is ON

Great, releaxed, casual atmosphere made all the more comfy by mixologist Ron & staff... Ron, who's hugely entertaining on any number of levels does his best to invite and involve his clientele to socialize while enjoying superb adult beverages and fine comfort foods. A shining oasis for those seeking all the best a bar & grill have to offer without the usual obnoxoius trappings.
