BarFly's Review of Waddle's (CLOSED)
Yep it's closed. Somehow we missed it for years, reviewer person
"The Teakwood Room" is a 40's-style gem. Small, but lives up to its name and is well-endowed with plenty o' teak. Also graced by several lovely highbacked leather booths and the shining, smiling faces of decades of past "Portland Buckaroos". Sun: $12.50 bottomless champi brunch buffet ain't too bad. Free hors'd menu 4:30-6:30pm M-F. $2.25 well at all times.
Reviewing a bar that has been closed for years makes YOU look like a friggin' idiot.

Hooters now lives where waddles once was, Never a big fan of the Coffee shop but it always made me feel at peace when I crossed from Portland in the darkness after a long day of work or a long night, The eat now sign give me a feeling that for a second the universe was complete. Now in it's place is a Big neon Hooters sign, No personality no wit, just one more sign placed along the freeway.
