I dont know what you all ordered but my wife and i have been many times and never had anything but great service and food. Not to say that you do get a bad apple every now and then but that is true with all restaurants. If you go try to get the waiter with the bandana and hat on. He's great!

Nasty!!!

This by far is the worst food I ever had! We could have eaten better at Taco bell for Christ's Sakes! The whole set up looks cool on the river and all. The food just ruined everything though! I wouldn't recommend going there for more than Drinks and their Guacamole Appetizer.

Must know how to handle this place

To decrease the probability of a bad experience here, you need to know a few things. First, nearly everything on the menu is available better and cheaper elsewhere. Second, the drinks are measured and mixed with pre-made (read artificial, overly preserved, either too sweet or too sour, chemical-tasting) drink-starters. Third, the staff, generally, hates their jobs and couldn't care less about you. That being said, there are some things that bring me back to this place - Chips and salsa are among the best anywhere (order a side of chopped chilies for more spice); the table-side guacamole is fantastic (expensive but that should go without saying); one or two of the menu items are usually not disgusting; during happy-hour you can order extra shots to make your drinks taste more like they should; finally, serving size allows for sharing helping to keep costs from exceeding the realm of expected corporate abuse to the absurd. - Good luck

Oh My Goodness...

Well i am a frequent visitor and tonight i had the worst service from anywhere i have ever been. We waited 15min for anyone to even ask what we would like to drink and we already knew what we wanted. we had to ask other servers walking by to refill our drinks when we asked for togo boxes and our childrens desertit took like15-20min i had the dishes stacked up and out of our way so long that the busser noticed and came to take our plates. When my husband told the server this was the worst service we have ever had he went to got the manager and he didnt even appoligize for anything he said ok and turned around to talk with someone else i cannot believe we paid that much for such crapy service it ruined the beautiful day.

Muchas Gracias is a mile away...

Went for a quick bite. We ordered an appetizer and a drink..... we were there for 2 and a half hours. Unless you have absolutely nothing else happening in your life, enjoy tasteless food and bad service, then I would avoid this place.

Again, Muchas gracias is close by, 1/4 the price and 100 x better food!

More hours logged in Who Songs for Happy Hour than anywhere else.

In 2003 my friend took me to Who Song's for Taco Tuesday, I was amidst a depression until I discovered $1 tacos and cheap ass large XX "schooners" of tasty-tastiness. From the days of Taco Tony and Taco Belle to the days of Bobby D that I currently have, I still love Who Songs. Don't get me wrong, I've had my bad experiences there but the management has always made things right for me. I've never loved a happy hour more!

Not too bad...

I used to go to the southwest location so that's all I have to go on but when I was there the service was nice ( a tad slow sometimes...) and the food a bit generic, like mazetlan, but still tasty. Plus they serve your mixed drinks in these strange glasses that are shaped like a boot - hehe. The mixed drinks taste damn good too for instance the strawberry magarita is fucking TASTY. I'm looking forward to trying the eastside location so I can see if it is really as bad as these other reviews are making it seem.

I will never gain go to this resturant!

I thought the service was just beyond poor the waiter wasn't nice at all. We waited for the longest to recieve food. It almost seemed like they just for got that we where sitting their even though they had to pass us to serve their other customer. I will not recommend this restuante to any one. The food portions was very small for the price. They charged additional prices for things that should just come with the meal. Then to top everything off I was over charged on my bill. I say enough is enough! I will not be going back! This is my second time having a very bad experience. Think twice before you go!

Company Party

We had a company party here for Xmas and although i loved the location of the place and the set up, the service sucked! I told the waitress an employeee was having his birthday (where the guys come in big sombreros and guitars to sing) and they NEVER showed up! Further more, we paid to have all our food laid out in a buffet style setting where we can pick what we wanted on our plates and get this. People not even in our company was wandering over, grabbing a plate, and serving themselves! No one was monitiring our party, our food, or our drinks, i was disappointed to say the least. On a good note, i liked the food, and the drinks were decent but could have been a little stiffer considering the money my company was putting down in the joint that night.

Ewwwww

Okay! Just went for dinner...heard it was all mighty friggen great. NOT! Worst service ever, even more terrible food and the drinks were shitty. Couldn't wait to get back to NoPo for my drinks at The Crow Bar, Porky's and Mocks crest. Hint even the food at these places is better, save a few bucks and go to a dive. I have actually only been less impressed by the all mighty Doug (PUKE) Fir... So this place is a total NO FUKIN :) WAY!

Ehh?

Not impressed. Food was okay. Drinks were alright. I don't expect a bar to be "clean"...but the bartenders should wipe them down every now and again so I don't get sticky margarita elbow syndrome. I should've sat on the deck and enjoyed the river view. All in all, this place is painfully mediocre. The only thing it really has going for it is location.

Girl's night out

I have gone to Who Song and Larry's 3 times now for "girl's night out". We have had a lot of fun. The food is good, the drinks are made well and are inexpensive, and the waiters are clean, and friendly. Best of all, if you flirt, they will flirt back. LOL
