In my drunken haze, I neglected to promo Drats!!! at Berbati's Pan. Call this a post show promotional bit, or call it horses, or whatever you want to call it. Just don't call it yellow.

I can't say enough wonderful words about how cockrocking Drats!!! are. At 4:30 pm on Sunday, July 24th, Berbati's Pan opened up it's doors for a free showing of the timeless teen angst classic Over the Edge. Immediately following Over the Edge's exciting conclusion, Drats!!! lanuched into their rock operetta Welcome to New Granada. I'm no friggin' music critic, I'm not going to spin up some review about the artful percusives mixed with enchanting melodies to form a medley of rock'n'roll succulence that makes me sound smart. Nope. This is what I have to say about Drats!!!

1. Excellent musicianship
2. Fucking rocking as well as
3. plain old regular rocking
4. Pure enthusiastic showmenship
5. Impeccably polished and arranged merchandise table
6. Born entertainers

Additionally, every single one of the bartenders working in both the Pan part and the regular Berbati's part were awesome sweethearts who used their very good judgement in bending a few key house rules for little old me. Note to bartenders elsewhere: making exceptions for me reaps additional financial compensation for you, and I will shower the bar with glowing praise. Otherwise, I throw a primadonna hissy fit and vow to exact my vengeance but never really do anything.
