Rose & Raindrop Lost It's Lease

I just saw Tom on Monday and now I hear he lost his lease...Rose and Raindrop holds a special place in my heart as the only bar I've ever been cut off at, meaning the waitress would serve me no more Maker's Mark. It was wonderful, I tell you.
This was a great bar that I didn't frequent as much as I should have, and now I only have 4 months to get cut off again. Dammit. That blows.
