Small Coastal artisan bakery is looking for a full time Manager/ Assistant Manager. Very cool, busy Bakery needs an individual to assist in purchasing products, scheduling, cleanliness of bakeshop, some barista and sandwich making work as well as light baking. Can work into more pastry and bread baking. Opening the bakeshop for retail and customer service may be among other duties. Frequently works alone, so self motivation is a must. Very cool youthful bakery is part of a small restaurant group with tons of potential for the right person!
