10/30 - NEW RESTAURANT HIRING (DOWNTOWN PDX)
VIOLETTA is an exciting new fast-casual restaurant COMING SOON (mid-November) to downtown's Director Park.
We look forward to providing our guests fresh, high quality seasonal food in a fast-paced, friendly and fun setting that supports local independent growers, ranchers, food and beverage artisans and suppliers.
Our menu offers made-from-scratch fast, slow foods, utilizing only premium ingredients, northwest sourced meats, local farm-fresh seasonal vegetables, and dairy and bread products that have been produced with care and respect for local, sustainable practices. The menu is served in 100% compostable materials.
We are recruiting experienced, friendly, motivated customer service oriented and individuals to the following positions:
? Counter / Cashiers
? Baristas
? Busser / Runner
? Shift Supervisors / Expo (previous supervisory experience required)
? Line Cooks (min 3 years experience in high volume kitchen)
? Kitchen Supervisor / Lead Line Cook (kitchen management experience required)
? Dishwashers
? Commissary / Catering Cooks (am/pm shifts)
? Sous Chef
? Delivery / Catering Drivers (valid driver's license and background check required)
