Papa Murphy's is hiring Assistant Mangers for a local owner with 5 locations in the metro area. We are targeting for a 50 hour/week salaried position with shifts scheduled 10 hours. We will be starting managers at hourly trial positions paid $9-$10/hour working toward the 50 hour position with 30/60/90 day progress and employment reviews. Health Care, Vacation pay & 401k included. This is a full time, working manager position in a fast paced (but not fast food) environment. We seek individuals who thrive in a team environment, can consistently prepare and serve our products with the highest quality, and desire to go above and beyond the call of duty to delight the guest.

Job Duties include:
Support Manager in daily operations
Assist in hiring and retention of our staff
Provide a friendly, positive environment for our guests
Assist with P&L management
Ordering and receiving of products
Daily pizza production and guest service


Job Requirements include:
Previous mgmt. experience
Open availability
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift fifty pounds
Desire for growth within the company
