11/02 - Part Time Line Cook (Close to I-205 & Max Line)
We are a long established full service Restaurant serving Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Homestyle cooking and friendly staff. The position available is for a day shift line cook. Approx 20 hours a week which may develop into more hours. Hours are approx 9am-2pm and includes weekends. Breakfast cooking experience is required. Please do not apply if you do not have a minimum of 3 years experience as a breakfast line cook. We are seeking a person for long term employment. Many of our employees have worked here for over 10 years.
The successful applicant will meet the following requirements:
* Current Oregon Food Handlers Card
* Reads and writes fluent English & has good comunication skills
* Has Minimum of 3 years RECENT breakfast line cooking experience
* Can work well with others in a small space
* Has reliable transportation
* Has excellent work history and references and no job hopping
* Can pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
* Has a positive, mature, and friendly attitude
* You must have good work ethic and be very reliable
Do Not Apply if:
* You have a criminal record
* You cannot pass a pre-employment and future random drug testing
* You do not have actual (and recent) line cooking experience, Minimum 3 years breafast cooking
* You do not have excellent work history and employer references
* You are not looking for long term employment
You must be able to work until at least 2 pm. Some days will require you to stay later depending on business. You may also be required to come in earlier on some days depending on business. You must have some flexibility. Current days for this position are Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Other days may be added in the future as well as fill in times for other shifts for vacations and illness.
