Beaverton Town Square Cafe - 11705 Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy, Beaverton (shares parking lot with Fred Meyer)
Lake Oswego Cafe - 45 S. State Stree, Lake Oswego (shares parking lot with Albertsons)
JOB SUMMARY: This position contributes to Moonstruck's success by assisting the management team in executing store sales and operational goals. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining the ?Moonstruck Experience? for our guests. The associate is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Moonstruck's high standards and guiding principles.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Models a ?customer comes first? attitude, delivers legendary customer service, no matter the circumstance
? Provides each guest with the 5 step Moonstruck Experience
? Demonstrates the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
? Supports the Store Manager in implementing company programs by working directly with the retail team to execute action plans that meet sales, operational and organization objectives
? Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote the vision, values, and goals of Moonstruck. Maintains and models a calm exterior presence during periods of high volume or unusual events and moves on immediately after to keep the store operating to standard
? Demonstrates product knowledge to best meet the needs of the customer
? Focuses on product sales as directed by the management team
? Additional responsibilities as assigned

? Ability to act with a ?customer comes first? attitude and deliver customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations
? Exceptional sales skills in a customer service environment
? Team player with strong problem solving skills
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
? Ability to handle a challenging and multi-tasking environment
? Ability to work independently and initiate tasks as needed
? Ability to settle and count cash drawers
