11/03 - Restaurant Multiple positions (NE Portland)
Pastry/Pantry cook: This person will be overseeing the production of the pastries and execute those dishes and the pantry dishes through the main dinner service. The hours will most likely be 12-8, Tues-Sat. I am looking for someone with pastry experience either from a previous job or culinary school training.
Line cook- This person will work through til midnight on some nights and possibly later on the weekends. The line will be moderate volume dealing with smoking, braising, grilling, frying, sauteing and precision will be key.
dishwasher & bussers- I am looking for someone capable of multi-tasking and taking initiatives for these positions. I believe in promoting from within whenever possible so take advantage.
Servers & bartenders- I have a high expectation of customer service. Please communicate in your cover letter how you think you set yourself apart as far as service is concerned.
