11/04 - Qualified Store Manager & Sandwich Artists needed for Subway (Beaverton & Hillsboro)

Qualified Candidates for the Store Manager Position Must Possess:
? Minimum 3 years Restaurant experience, management experience highly preferred.
? Extremely friendly and outgoing attitude.
? Self-starter and detail Orientated.
? Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills.
? Ability to train and motivate team members.
? Ability to follow set policies and uphold company standards.
? Computer and Internet proficiency.
? Dependable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance.
? Ability to lift 40 lbs.
? Strong leadership skills.
? Have an open availability and willing to work overtime upon request.
Job descriptions Include but not limited to the following:
? Building Sales via local store marketing and exceptional guest service.
? Building a ?guest first? culture in our store.
? Ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
? Maintain strict corporate standards and high rating with Subway inspection.
? Labor and food scheduling forecasting.
? Recruiting, training and developing a staff of 5-7 employees.
? Making daily bank deposits, completing daily and weekly paperwork.
Qualified Candidates for the Sandwich Artist position Must Possess:
? Exceptional customer service skills with an extremely friendly attitude
? Prepares food neatly, accurately, and in a timely way.
? Checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift
? Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards while preparing food, serving food, and clean up
