We are seeking bright and talented individuals who want to grow their careers in the restaurant industry. Ideal candidates will have high volume restaurant experience and take pride in the service and food they deliver. Must possess excellent multitasking skills, work quickly and efficiently, have good common sense, have a great sense of humor, and be extremely reliable!!
Located in Lloyd Center, Billy Heartbeats brings Guests a taste of nostalgia as they step back into the 1950's. Counter and booth seating, black & white tiled floors, and miniature jukeboxes at each table transport you back to a simpler time while you eat a burger and order your favorite ice cream from the soda fountain.
We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:
Server, Line Cook, Fountain Cook, and Supervisor
Steps to apply:
1. Apply within the restaurant on Thursday, Nov 5th or Friday, Nov 6th between 1:30pm-4:30pm.
2. Fill out an application on site and bring a resume if available. Bring your own pen!!
3. Ponder the following questions and be ready to explain during your interview.
a. Describe your most embarrassing guest experience and how you got through it.
b. Tell me how you would maximize sales on a daily basis.
c. Can you think of a time when you were given more than you could handle? Tell me how you got through the situation.
d. Think of a time when another employee had more than they could handle. What did you do?
e. Tell me about a situation where you couldn't get along with another employee. What did you do?
f. How closely did your last restaurant stick to their posted hours on the schedule? Tell me about a time you got off much later than expected. What happened?
g. Tell me about the most extraordinary service you've ever given a guest.
h. Give me an example of you hamming it up, showing off, etc.
