The Cottages at Cape Kiwanda are looking for a dynamic, energetic, professional Concierge to provide unwavering hospitality at the highest level. The Concierge go above and beyond the expected to ensure that the Owners and Guests have the vacation that meets and surpasses their expectations.

The Concierge for the Cottages takes care of the Owners and their guests to the fullest extent possible. They provide services such as: dinner reservations, golf tee times, directions and suggestions for activities, put together wine tours, gallery tours?anything within their ability to make the Owner's stay as enjoyable and fun filled as possible.
Position Requirements & Expectations are not limited to but include the following:
Genuine smiles and enthusiastic attitudes in all interactions
The desire to assist in any situation
Organization and communication skills
Ability to think out side the box in a constructive and reasonable manner
Ability to listen, hear and interpret conversations with people into positive experiences.
The ability to create WOW moments for our guests
Attention to detail
A sense of urgency
Excellent communicate in person and over the phone
High school diploma or GED
Hospitality experience is a plus
Drug Testing and Background check required
Valid driver's license required
Cheerful, positive, out going attitude
Professional appearance
We work when our guests are here, which means evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
