Brandy Highball

Ingredients
2 oz Brandy
Carbonated water
1 twist of Lemon peel

Key Ingredients: Brandy,Carbonated water,Lemon peel,cocktail

Instructions
Pour brandy into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, add the twist of lemon peel, stir gently, and serve. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.)
