Amaretto Shake

Ingredients
2 scoops Chocolate ice-cream
2 oz Brandy
2 oz Amaretto

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth. Serve in chilled glass garnished with bittersweet chocolate shavings.
