Commodore Cocktail

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Blended whiskey
Juice of 1/4 Lemon
1 tsp Powdered sugar
2 dashes Orange bitters

Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
