Doctor Dawson

Ingredients
2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1 tsp superfine Sugar
1 dash Bitters
1 Egg
3 oz Club soda

Key Ingredients: Tequila,Lemon juice,Sugar,Bitters,Egg,Club soda,cocktail

Instructions
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, sugar, bitters, and egg. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with the club soda.
