Ingredients
1-1/2 cup Vodka
1/2 cup Blue Curacao
1/2 cup Dry Vermouth
Plenty of crushed Ice

Key Ingredients: Vodka,Blue Curacao,Dry Vermouth,Ice,cocktail

Instructions
Mix all ingrediants gradually. Best results if poured over the crushed ice and then stirred.
