Ingredients
2 oz Sweet and sour
1 oz Brandy
Chilled Champagne
1 slice Lemon

Instructions
Pour brandy and sweet and sour into a collins glass over ice cubes and stir well. Fill with chilled champagne and stir lightly. Add the slice of lemon and serve.
