Emerald Martini

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1/8 oz Green Chartreuse
Twist of Lemon peel

Instructions
Stir with cracked ice in a shaker and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist a lemon zest over the drink and float the zest on top.
