Kentucky Colonel Cocktail

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Benedictine
1 twist of Lemon peel

Instructions
Stir bourbon and Benedictine with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
