Metropolitan Cocktail

Ingredients
1 1/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 1/4 oz Brandy
1/2 tsp Sugar syrup
1 dash Bitters

Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
