Scotch Flip

Ingredients
2 oz Scotch
1 Egg
1 tsp superfine Sugar
1/2 oz Light cream
1/8 tsp grated Nutmeg

Instructions
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch, egg, sugar, and cream. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
