Scotch Rickey

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Scotch
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Carbonated water
Lime peel

Key Ingredients: Scotch,Lime,Carbonated water,Lime peel,cocktail

Instructions
Pour scotch and juice of lime into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the lime peel/rind and serve.
