Drinking and the Arts... or the Art of Drinking
Kyle has been kind enough to allow me to post on this site to publicize my new book, and I am very grateful to him, so hopefully he wont stuff my account in the proverbial waste basket after this post which is not so much about bars, but about writing and photography of Portland and its nightlife. The book I made was out of the love for the darker corners of this city, and while I wont retire from the proceeds of my book, I would like to hear from other like-minded artists, photographers, and writers who might be interested in collaborating with me on a new book venture. I dont want to take up any more space on BarFly with this, so I created a blog (http://distilledpublishing.blogspot.com/). Either drop by and leave a comment, or flickme an email (distilled.publishing@gmail.com).
