I'm a Business Development Representative for a local Title and Escrow company, so I meet mortgage brokers and Realtors for lunches/happy hours etc. at various bars and pubs all over the metro area. Hey the new Korner Pocket is way better, but the one owner Aaron is sort of a dickhead.. You should check out Spirits in
the same hood on the Corer of Mason and Cully. new owners and cleaned up. The NE area is really starting to rock now
that decent people are buying up the houses and businesses. Cheers

Actually a FEW ALL CAPS words aren't bad, its ones that look like this that annoy the shit out of me:
