It’s BarFly Awards time once again! As of now, you have FIVE DAYS to nominate your personal creme de la creme of the PDX scene for a coveted 2007 Golden BarF! Fill out BarFly’s online survey to nominate your fave raves for BarFly Awards celebrating the local service industry, media, and artsy-fartsy contingents that keep Portland PORTLAND, and enter to win tickets to the social event of the season!

Act fast! Nominations close at precisely 11:59pm on Monday, October 29th, so hit the survey, now. Once our crack staff of CPAs collate and rank the popular vote, we’ll announce the top four nominees in each category on Tuesday, October 30th, and issue the remaining VIP invites for the Awards Gala on Sunday, November 4th, to our lucky drawing winners!

When making your nominations, please give as much identifiying info about the nominee, as possible - like their full name, where they work, phone number, their email address, MySpace, FaceBook, etc., stuff like that. We're not going to sell anyone into white slavery or stalk them any more than usual, but we'll need to track them down. Your answers will be kept completely confidential, and yes, you may nominate yourself (but don't just say "ME", give your name, please). Multiple nominees are hunky-dory, too. Multiple surveys from the same person - not hunky dory. One survey per person, please!

THIS IS 100% LOCALS ONLY, SO PLEASE LIMIT YOUR NOMINEES TO CURRENT PORTLAND RESIDENTS, ONLY!

Anyone (over 21, that is!) may fill out the survey anonymously, but if you want to be in it to win it, please include your email address at the end of your completed survey - we’ll draw 50 random addresses for personal invitations to this otherwise VIP-only event. A word on privacy - We won’t use your email addresses for anything else, and they’ll be discarded after the drawing. Feel free to forward this page or link to any interested parties of your choice.
