Seems we only hear about new places opening up when trolling PoMe Blogtown. Yes, I said PoMe. I'm that cool. In this case, it's Casey's Nightclub, opening in that space that used to be Lush where there were nakeds and  they made it all hot circa 99 avant garde naked sushi.

Casey's is owned by Karl Wilgus of he Portland Eagle (on burnside, not his nemesis on Lombard). That's about it.
