Jack Bog posted that the Hung Far Low sign has been removed, effectively eliminating one of the few symbols of once greatness that still exist Chinatown. Not that Chop Suey is the culturally relevant to China proper, but as historic Chinese-Americana, you've gotta cherish it. On the other hand, there are still those tacky sculptures that have all the authenticity of an Asian symbol tattooed on a soccer mom's lower back.
