Based on rumors I heard from the neighboring coffee shops, I surmised far earlier this month that Slabtown was being purchased and converted into a hearty dose of lame. Turns out, the place was purchased by the team from Billy Ray's and the Bitter End. This comes as one incredible damn relief. There is a re-opening weekend of rock starting on Feb. 2nd. So, you should check that out and kick me in the balls for misreporting stuff. It's a good fucking thing I'm a crackpot webmaster and not a reporter.
