I spotted another bar sale while tooling around Craiglist looking for sweet deals on real estate labeled "close in" and "5 minutes to downtown". Notice how real estate people get all cute like that: Close in Crafstman! Just minutes from downtown at 20923 Stark! I guess that description is apt if you drive a Delorean Hover Car with a flux capacitor down I84 at 4:00 am in a post plague apocolyptic future. Sounds kind of like the reverse of a deal to me.
The real deal of the century is the U & I Tavern which is on the for sale for $675,00. $675k is a pretty steep for a shady dive tavern on North N. Interstate when a place with a more desirable location and venue recognition ( Sabala's Mt. Tabor ) was listed for $200k. I only can guess what the actual sale price was. Then again, what the hell do I know? I usually just talk out my ass and put everyone down because I secretly cry in my soup or something. I'll even own up to it: I don't know shit about buying a bar or commercial real estate in general. But I'll speculate like a motherfucker any damn time I want.

difference can be if they own/property land or if it's leased....
Totally didn't even consider that option. Sabala's is leased. I should be handed a douche card.
